About us

What we do, how we do it – and why we do it.

The MCG Team presents an unusually impressive range of talents, skill, expertise, knowledge and advanced level qualifications – but what you’ll likely notice first if their creativity, commitment and genuine passion around inspiring others to learn.

Our focus is not on ‘teaching and preaching’, or trying to fill your head with what we think you need to know.  Instead, we respect the vast, complex and varied range of prior experience you bring to our learning sessions.  That’s where we start and that’s where we invite you to engage fully in the joint process of extending and refining your skill, your understanding and your confidence as we explore ideas around ‘exceptional leadership’ together.

Your success as an inspired and inspiring leader is our goal; light the fire!
