Cancellation Policy

Terms of agreement: reservations and cancellations

  1. Scheduled Seminars: in order to complete the registration process, each client must provide a fully completed, final registration form including signature of approval from your designated authorizing signatory.  You will receive this final registration form from MCG following your initial on-line registration.
  2. No penalty will be incurred by the client for cancellations more than 14 days prior to the seminar/course.*
  3. 25% of the seminar cost will be invoiced for cancellations between 7-13 days prior to the seminar/course.*
  4. 50% of the seminar cost will be invoiced for cancellations between 1-6 days prior to the seminar/course.*

*Under extraordinary circumstances, MCG may agree to allow the client to reschedule for a later seminar.

Alternatively, a client who has already registered on an MCG course or seminar may also arrange to have a colleague take their place at no additional cost.
