The Art & Science of Leadership – A
For non-supervisory staff team members.
It was once believed that an organization’s leaders could only be found in high ranking positions. Position within the established ‘pecking order’ defined who was, and who was not, a Leader.
Fortunately it is now becoming more common for organizations to focus their attention on developing leadership, more than developing those who were once thought to be the leaders. This more modern perspective, opens the door for all members of an organization to demonstrate exceptional leadership, regardless of their rank or position.
Our highly interactive, fast paced workshop explores this new definition of leadership, as well as some important implications for the individual and for their work teams. Students are offered an exceptionally engaging opportunity to; seriously examine their own leadership practice, to explore models of outstanding leadership and to create personalized, actionable learning plans, attuned to their unique needs, aspirations and learning preferences.
Successful completion of this seminar guarantees that every single participant will gain a much greater sense of confidence in knowing how to establish and maintain the conditions that bring out the very best in themselves, and from those around them.
